DELIVERY AND REMOVAL
Our average delivery time is between 1-3 business days on all products in stock. We deliver PEI Wide for FREE on all orders of any mattress and accessories over $199. And we remove the old mattress for FREE.
Most of our products are available in stock and If the product is not in stock we will call you and inform you the expected delivery date which is around 2-3 weeks
(A delivery surcharge of $45 applies to accessories orders under $199).
- *SAME DAY DELIVERY may be available on orders placed before 11am on the delivery day for each ZONE, subject to availability of stock and availability of space on our trucks.
- Old mattress for removal should not contain bedbugs or any other insects or pests
Once an order is placed, a member from our customer service team will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date and confirm product availability.

90 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE
Sometimes after sleeping on your mattress for some time, you may realize that it is too firm or too soft for your needs. We understand testing out the mattress at our store for 5-10 minutes does not give you the same experience as actually sleeping on it for a full night. This is why we have our industry leading 90 night comfort guarantee. Although it is rare that our customers do not absolutely love their new mattress from Sleep Concept, we offer 90 nights (from purchase date) for you to decide if it is the right one for you. If you decide that you are not getting the best night’s sleep, simply exchange it for a different mattress of equal or lesser value, or upgrade to a more expensive mattress and pay the difference.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return all unopened merchandise within 14 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund. If you receive your mattress at home and it is simply not what you expected, do not open it out of the packaging. You may contact us directly and arrange to bring it back to us (free of charge), or have it picked up (pickup fees will apply), and receive a full refund on your purchase.
Please be assured that all mattresses come with the original manufacturer warranty. So any problems related to a defect can be handled through the warranty. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns. Your purchase is backed by our 90-day comfort guarantee. To exchange an order, call us at 1-902-838-2718. Exchanges need to be made in new, and unstained condition along with all product literature, original packaging materials and blank warranty cards, please see comfort warranty page for more details . There will be NO REFUNDS once an item is opened. Refunds will only be issued on un open items, within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Once an item is opened, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee will only be valid.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on opened accessories. Please remember that incurred shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable on all refunds. All sales are final on closeout and clearance items.
